  After 1.5 hours of driving around Shreveport trying to my key copied at other key making businesses, I finally took my key to Gregory at Loksafe Services Inc. I know next time to START with Loksafe Services! They are professional, polite, and deliver a great product. I highly recommended Loksafe Services for all of your key making, door access, and security safe needs.

  The keypad on my safe went out, I bought it 9/9/2019 I’ve called them 7 times to date and have been trying to get them to service it for 3 month now. No one returns my calls are considers fixing a faulty safe a priority. There is no such thing as service after the sale at this establishment. At this point I’ve given up. You literally have to go out of your way to be this bad at customer service.

  Hi Blaise, we're really sorry this was your experience -- this is not typical for us. There was definitely a lack of communication on our part and we apologize for that. We had a difficult time getting responses/answers from the safe manufacturer in a timely manner, as well. We have made a few attempts to reach out to you in hopes of correcting this but haven't heard back. We did finally get a response from the manufacturer regarding the safes issues & warranty status. If you're willing to give us another chance, please call our office and speak with Greg. Again, we apologize for the experience you had.

  My experience today was great. I will continue to use this place. They are the best. And prices are very reasonable. And they make you feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door.
