  Called expecting a human on the phone. My first mistake. When trying to enter my zip code where service is needed “Sorry, that is not a valid zip code” three tries. I gave up. Yes, I entered my zip code correctly.

  Called 3 times. Entered 3 zip codes for service, says noone there to do job. Even with 71111 zip that their office claims to be in. What a joke.
