It was wonderful I loved having my key made without having to deal with an unfriendly clerk who refused to hand me my key and receipt in my hand and show me the same courtesy I showed them. However it was convenient, kind and timely. So whenever I need a key made I will search for this box because you never know what mood people may be in when you need their assistance. So kudos to whoever came up with this invention it is a God send

It takes 1 minute for the machine to copy the key but about 15 minutes overall. Good quality
