  While I did not ask for emergency mobile service, I did visit the store earlier today. I had called various locksmiths in East Texas searching for a certain Hudson key for a copy. Each time, I struck out. That is until a locksmith referred me to Lock Doc. As I entered the shop, I noticed an extremely robust key selection aligned perfectly on the back wall. A selection that finally provided my Hudson key copy. The team is busy, but for sure, total professionals. If you are in search of a specific key, give Lock Doc a call.

  Called for service and was told they’re completely booked; no one available???? You a lock smith what could possibly be going on in such a small town that’s got you booked up??…. I’m guessing he didn’t like the sound of my voice…That’ll do it! You ain’t got to worry about me.

  Awful mobile/web experience. The tech never confirmed, and honestly if someone is really in a bind and needs an unlock it's okay if it takes 45 minutes to an hour to get there, but it's not okay to leave someone hanging and not have a clear idea of whether or not someone is coming. I could literally track my tech when I finally gave up and went to pop a lock website.
