The staff was very friendly and helpful. The prices are very good. I went in to get a key cut and programmed. The prices were alot better than the dealer.

We had 2 kids locked in an office and Jason showed up within minutes! He had to drill through the door unfortunately but the kids got out safely. We really appreciate Sartain Lock and Safe!

I got a lock from a deadbolt lock they re service. When they head in the back once that works once I didn't it did get over funding my money but why give me you stuff companion for brand new stuff and it didn't work I had to take it back

Jason was very professional and went out of his way to help me, even with an automotive issue when I was stuck in kilgore and he walked me through steps to mitigate the issue over the phone free of charge.

I had a great experience!! David Weinstein came to our rescue when we lost our key to our 2008 Ford Expedition. He came out and made us keys and reprogrammed a fob in about 15 minutes!!! Awesome service

Literally only took the dude a few seconds to unlock my vehicle. I called around everyone said they couldn't meet me until an hour.. the dude showed up within 5 minutes. If I ever lock my keys n my vehicle again definitely giving these guys a call.

Lost my 1 and only key fob to my Jaguar XJ.
Had to order originals from Park Place and was facing having my car shipped to Shreveport.
