  Our van was stuck at lowes for 3 days after we lost our only set of keys to it. We contacted Better Lock & Key after giving up the search for our key set and he was the only locksmith in Longview that agreed to come out same day of the call. He not only fixed us up and got us a new key but he also gave us a second key so we have a new spare AND included a copy of the key code in case we ever need it again it would be much cheaper for us to replace it. Nobody does this. He is truly genuine and goes above and beyond for his customers. Will be using Better Lock & Key for all of our locksmith needs in the future and 100% recommend him to any and all in search of one!
