  This is a fake store, I would be very careful with this one. I called the number and a lady answered who told me the price for emergency locksmith service was $25 for the dive out and then lock-picking started at $25 depending on the type of lock. I agreed and she said she would send her guy out. The guy showed up over an hour later and didn't seem to know the person who sent him. He immediately said he couldn't pick the lock and charged me hundreds of dollars to drill it out (I couldn't refuse given the situation). It was literally 5 minutes worth of work - took him longer to swipe my credit card. After the fact I started to understand what happened. Someone created a fake store, probably multiple in different cities. The phone number routed me to a call center (probably a single persons cell) in Norwood Young America and then she found someone in the south metro to help me - without actually telling me what was happening. I'm guessing the phone dispatcher gets a cut from the locksmith while the locksmith (if they actually are one) can charge whatever amount they think the customer will pay. This really should be illegal or at least Google should put a stop to it. I should mention that this service did get me a locksmith who did the job - but I’m sure I was grossly over charged. Also, note that the other reviews are all fake. Fake accounts (bots), each with only one post.
