  Stopped in to get my screen fixed on my iPhone. The service was fast and my phone looks great! It looks brand new! On a Sat morning, it only took 40 minutes! I highly recommend!

  Bob is about as kind and helpful as they come. I wouldn't hesitate at all to bring my phone (or any other repairable item) back to Helpertech. It was a blind call to get an iPhone case and screen protector but everything from the smile we were greeted with to the offer to rent his tech savvy kids to us made for one the most pleasant and helpful encounters we have had in a long time.

  This place is absolutely amazing! I don't even know where to belong. My iPhone was completely dead and they did everything to help me get up and running. Nick & Bob were so patient and understanding...as well as compassionate. They have now helped be with my laptop and a cell phone both of which they gave top notch service and technical support! Thank you so much.
