  Would give 5 stars but I noticed some tracking up and down the stairs. Can't vacuum it out. The guy changed my locks on the spot though and in a timely manner. Was easy and simple, just have to find a way to clean the carpet now. Recommend having shoe covers available just in case you have carpeted floors. I just needed my locks changed immediately and didn't think to pick them up.

  We just moved to a new home and needed our locks replaced right away. Lee promptly responded and within a few days we had our new locks and keys. He is very friendly, professional and gave us options on locks and features. Would definitely use again!

  We called Knight Safe & Lock to see if they could help us with a sticky door lock issue we had been experiencing. Not only was I impressed with how quickly they were able to come out to our home but also with the level of professionalism and efficiency in fixing our problem. In addition to the great job Lee Mentzos did with our front door, he was also kind enough to give us some recommendations for programming automobile keys; as we are in need of another spare. We highly recommend Lee and the services of Knight Safe & Lock! Another great local Gig Harbor business.
