I needed some house keys made and the key I had was not one in the kiosk machine. The machine was able to scan the key and have keys made somewhere else which were then mailed to me. I was nervous that they would not work. Then when 3 weeks went by and no keys were in the mail I thought I had been scammed for my money. Then the keys came the next day after I thought that. They work great thank you very much. I was unsure about using them but now I will definitely use them again. The only thing I can complain about was the long time to get the new keys, and the lack of updates on the status of my keys. They did a great job making working keys at a reasonable price thank you very much.

I was locked out of my car. They told me 29.00 plus labor but would not tell me the labor fee. The guy opened it in seconds and said 250.00 labor!!! That is a ripoff. He took my keys and refused to give them back unless I paid him cash! Beacon locksmith told me it should have only cost me 45.00 for a car opening. This is a ripoff company I would never use them for anything!!!

I wa blocked out of my car. I called this number and got hold of someone who was at an out of state call center? He told me the price would be 19.00 plus labor, but the labor would not be very much. The guy shows up about 2 hours later (he said he came from Olympia?) And he pried my door open with an inflatable bag (which damaged my car door) and then charged me 500.00 labor!!! He refused to negotiate the price and stole my car keys demanding payment or "there would be consequences!" I called the police and reported him for stealing my car keys. In the meantime another Locksmith that was an actual locksmith had to come make me a new key for 120.00. Whoever this "Locksmith Connections" company is THEY ARE A SCAM DO NOT CALL THEM!!!! They show up in an unmarked minivan and speak with a heavy Russian accent and will threaten you if you do not pay them. The other company I called said they run all the lock jobs for these so called "Key Me" machines. This is A SCAM. TRUST ME THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR AND STEAL YOUR MONEY. Another friend of mine said she had to pay them with her credit card and they used her card to make online purchases. Total FRAUD!
