The keys arrived on time and in good condition. There are lots of good designs but I kinda wish there were more like the Pink ribbon. Its a little pricey compared to other key vendors but the keys are really strong, glide into the locks smoothly, and it has really a fast and well packaged delivery.

I printed 3 keys, only one of them worked. Then I contacted them and got my money back and a coupon to print 3 more keys. printed 1 more from this machine and it didnt work. also tried copying my mail key which they had to mail to me. It took a while. took 5 business days but both of those keys worked. Their customer support was really easy but their cloning technology just sucks. I got 3/6 working keys. I technically only paid for 1 key so their customer support is really good. but it was a waste of time and not having the keys for that long was really annoying.

I was disappointed that the keys did not work but VERY pleased with the customer service online. Fast and friendly. I did try to call in but the lines were busy so I just went online and solved the issue. 3 Stars for the machine and 5 for the customer service.
