First Lock rekeyed my HOA and then repaired a gate closer. Both times they gave us a high-quality bid, scheduled the work quickly, showed up on time, did good work, and were personable to boot. What more could I ask?

On two separate occasions, Will and Kevin scheduled my appointment promptly.  They fixed a poor installation (not done by them in the first place), installed new 'smart home' door hardware, tuned up existing hardware and re-keyed locks to provide a 'master' key and 'guest' keys.  Friendly, professional and reliable.  They know what they're doing!

I'm super impressed with First Lock and Security.  Gary was efficient, professional and friendly from my first interaction with him to the completion of a very large project.  We needed to replace several different doorknobs, install deadbolts and rekey several of the deadbolts.  Gary created and adjusted the estimate quickly.

During the installation, his team was incredible.  They worked together.  They were much faster than we anticipated, and they cleaned up as they went.  We barely noticed their presence and everything is perfect.

I stopped by here last week to have several sets of keys made for a home we recently purchased. I was  able to try out all the keys over the weekend and as expected they worked flawlessly. I appreciate that they were professional and pleasant to work with.

Locked myself out of my condo one day when I was home sick. My neighbors who had my key were all at work, so I need to call First Lock. Gary came by in about 15 minutes (thank you, thank you, thank you!) and got me in quickly.  I would highly recommend him for his professionalism and attentiveness.

I had a Baldwin lock set that had worn out and needed fixing or replacement. They had the repair kit in stock and even helped me understand how it needed to be installed. All at a very reasonable price. They are real professionals and do it with a smile. A+
