  The process took less than 5 minutes to creat 3 separate keys. Good value, 19$ for 3 keys. considering this is an instant service with very easy accessibility the price reflects the convenience. The hardware store is a little cheaper but if you need it now, this is great. They copy key cards too which is great for work. I would definitely go to the kiosk again to copy more keys. Thanks for the service

  I like this business. It was fine to work with. They can cut unusual shaped keys, such as my BMW. The key was very hard to put in the lock and turn the first couple of times. It would be nice if they post-processed the key a bit more after cutting it, maybe bead blast or etch or somehow break the sharp edges and burrs of the key before shipping it.

  I had a confirmed appointment at 2pm PST on 9/21. At around 2:30 we had not received a call from the technician. I called in multiple times and every team member said they would call the technician and call me back, no one did. Finally at 3:07pm a team member answered and said they need to schedule service for tomorrow. This was an hour after my scheduled appointment! I asked them about being a 24/7 service and the dispatcher said that only the dispatch service works 24/7, not the technicians who actually fix the locks. This is a complete fraud of a service and has no moral bounds to be any sort of respectful to their customers. Would not consider using them at all.
