  Received all 3 keys , but very rough cut (serious burrs which needed to be removed by myself, manually). We've had good fortune with this key kiosk at 7-Eleven in the past. I don't know maybe this thing is out of calibration. Anyway after removing the berbers and very lightly sanding I was able to get the keys to work.
