  Phil is a great locksmith with outstanding communication skills. He responded to my messages very quickly and was able to come install a smart lock in less than a day’s notice. My condo required a very specific mortise smart lock to be installed. I contacted several locksmiths and many of them were not willing to install it. Phil gave me a very reasonable installation price. He measured the holes in the door beforehand and let me know that the existing holes would be partially exposed should I choose to continue the installation. The new lock was just a slightly different measurement than the old one. Very grateful he was upfront and let me know ahead of time. The installation went as smooth as possible. Thanks Phil!

  Phil did a great job for me today. He was responsive and came by the same day I put my request out there. He installed a new combo lock, showed me how to use it, changed the user code and made me copies of the key -- all in under 30 minutes. He did a great job. And is a very nice guy, too. I will definitely be calling on him again! Highly recommend.

  I am giving Phil a 5-star rating for his good service. I really appreciated what Phil has done for us. He had to come to our house to fix the front door entry lock 3 times to get everything worked properly due to the wrong parts that the manufacturer kept sending us. Each time he was very patient to explain and show us picture of what went wrong and what should be the correct parts that the manufacturer should send us. He even offered us discounted charge for his service on the last visit. I highly recommending him.
