  Strauss is a no-nonsense operation. They have great locksmiths that know their trade. I recently needed to upgrade locks at our family farm. Roger did a great job understanding what I needed and he took the time to work through my options. I have been back two more times sense to expand our security by adding additional hardware. Roger has been very accommodating to my hectic schedule.

  We went to Strauss to look for a new touchpad deadbolt and door handle for our garage door. The salesman was very helpful and described the various options. The items we wanted were in stock and available shortly from their warehouse. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience.

  The only place I have ever gotten duplicate keys that work. They do multiple keys quickly and reasonably. Friendly, courteous workers. A pleasure to do business with.
