Don’t call this company! I had an exterior mailbox key replaced on 11/6/20. It took the guy 10 min. and he charged me $180. Yesterday it fell apart. When I called this morning they said they have a 3 month warranty on their work and I’m just past that. They claim my only recourse is to hire them again. They offered no discount or apology. They said their prices range from $29 to $200. I was charged almost their highest price for a piece of junk.

$49.99 to have locksmith come to my house but then labor and other fees are not included and you won’t know until locksmith gets there. I provided them with pics of the lock but an estimate cost is not provided. After I cancelled order, I kept on getting calls at 645am and then at 7am asking if I still need a locksmith. The person I spoke with sounds like they’re out of state. They’ve asked me to spell Figueroa.

Three keys for $22 and none of the keys worked. They gave me a refund... I went to La Gondola in Silverlake and they did 3 keys for $7. Sometimes the old tech works the best.
