  I rarely write reviews but KeyMe got me really frustrated. The first time I tried duplicating a key, it was accepted as a back-order because it was a specialty key. 2 days later I got an email saying the machine made a mistake and that the key was available in the machine, so I got refunded without even me knowing. I went to the machine again, and the same thing happened. It was a specialty key and it was indeed meant to be back-ordered. (Both customer service and the machine are defective). I finally got my key and to my dismay, I just threw it away. I will not recommend using the machine for specialty keys. The key I got is not even close enough and doesn't even work. I even tried using the machine for readily-available keys. The key had the same problem where the teeth are extending more than its supposed to. Just go to a real locksmith and save yourself the headache. This technology needs more improvement.
