  I locked myself outside of my apartment on 9/11. Then I called the nearest keyme locksmiths for help. The problem solved after all, but I want to complain the services they provided. The first technician: Called me says ETA in 25 minutes, but it took him 1 hour. Quoted me that to unlock the upper lock is $275 + $29, lower is $250 + $29, The lower lock is door handle which is unlocked from inside. Then he decided to work on that one. He looked unfamiliar on what he was doing and very slow. He spent 90 minutes on the lock and still couldn't unlock it, then called colleague for help. Also he made a lot of scratches on the floor molding. The second technician: First thing was checking the price which the first technician quoted to me, and then jumped the price from $250+29 to $450 + $49 He only spent 20 minutes to unlock it and use the same way the first technician use. But he almost double the price in the middle of the processing which is so unfair to me, by the meantime, he was teaching the first one how to unlock it. After he finished, he also mentioned tips for 3 technicians. Do I really need 3 person to do the job? The other 2 weren't helpful at all. The third technician: Came 10 minutes after the second technician arrived. Didn't do anything. I also called customer support to complain the service, but no response at all.

  Once I got the hang of it - easy to use, reasonable prices, and the keys worked! Did not like that I couldn't get them right away, but that was because I chose an unusual design.
