  I liked the convenience and speed of your key machines. But please consider changing your brass key head or bow with the “mk” design, to one that has larger openings to fit most keyrings. As a result of the very small and tight mk design, I had to buy small split rings to insert on the key, and subsequently on my keyring. Thank You.

  Worst customer service ever. Had this girl be completely rude to me over the phone then she hung up on me. I wasn't even upset or anything... Just a normal phone call... So I called back to report her and they didn't even care would not let me talk to a manager. Don't use this place it's not worth the disrespect.

  This machine works good. It is fairly quick and is accurate. It will not copy double sided keys. It will not copy bent key's either. It is a good resource.
