  Absolute worst service. Called at 12:30 to send a tech because we were locked out of our apartment and they quoted me 15-25 mins for someone to come out. At 1:00, I called to check in and see where the tech is. Their support told us they’d check on the drivers ETA and then never called us back to follow up. The same thing happened at 1:30 (an hour later.) We didn’t get a call back until 5:30 (5 hours later.) Don’t recommend at all!

  Locked myself out of the apartment today :/ (again) needs some help ASAP. Called KeyMe and he showed up 15min later. He also kept updating me on his eta which is really helpful when you're in that position. He opened my apartment's door in a second! Voila! I super recommend his services!
