  Im posting this now having waited since 3am it's now 7am the technician finally came out was a little rude and I'm sure he over charged me it's a 30 Dollar fee to come out the tells me it's going to be 199 then from 199 it went up to 250 I never got a receipt invoice or anything this company took total advantage of me please if you're in the east bay don't call this place worst experience ever

  It's a kiosk inside of Rite Aid. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE, for my taste. Plus, it didn't have the size & shape key that I was copying, so it offered to mail it. Added: I found the key that I needed. Ready & available, after the KeyMe kiosk had claimed that it was a "rare key", at Young's Locks & Keys nearby ... oh, Ps, & BTW ... so, not only was it immediate, I only paid 1/5 the price that the kiosk was asking for. Lesson learned. Don't underestimate the value of a skilled professional, especially in comparison to the hasty "convenience" of a machine. I'm changing my review from 2 stars, to 1 star.
