Used their key kiosk machine conveniently located at my local Safeway. Made two copies each of four house keys, totally eight keys. Six out of the eight worked. When I contacted customer service online about the two keys that didn't work, they responded immediately and provided a credit. All the other keys were well made with many options for colors. Pricey, but if you need a key made immediately, its nice to know where to go.

I have used this service before for one or two keys. On this occasion I made 5 copies each of 2 keys. The first set of 5 worked flawlessly. The second set failed totally. Customer service was INSANELY FAST, I spoke to a real person who executed a refund immediately. Only rating a three due to the failure of the keys which I believe is atypical in my experience. My previous experience was a 5 for sure.

Great experience!!! Only wish we could of selected an NFL design key with on the spot retrieval. But overall experience was awesome! We will be using it again!!! Any one who needs a key made I know exactly where to send them! Thanks
