  Called at 3:17 for an unlock. Dispatcher sounded high as hell. I had to repeat the address 4 times. He couldn’t give me a quote or how long it would take for someone to come out. Come 8:55 I finally started receiving calls concerning the request. 5 1/2 hours later! As if I would even bother answering your calls now.

  I accidentally locked my keys in my car(my bad). I called the closest one to my location. Which was maybe 10 minutes away. Long story short I had not 1 or 2 people call me but 5. That’s great and all but apparently they lack communication. I did get my door open and the tech was very nice. I personally think $150 is a bit steep but I guess if you catch people in a desperate situation you get what you want. By the time the 5 person called me I was livid( it’s now 9:40pm by this time). It was over 2 hours after I had originally called and people were still calling me telling me I owe them $29.95 for answering the service call. I lost my cool with the last one and rudely informed them I wouldn’t be paying them anything. The lady was hateful demanding to know what the technicians name was his phone number what company came how much I paid etc. I won’t be using this service again.

  Locked my key fob in my vehicle. A 2006 vehicle which only required the use of the air wedge and took less than 5 minutes to open. The young man who came out to assist me was very professional and polite but he was told to charge me $150. There were no shady dealings on his end because I paid the money directly to the company via their app. I was 11 minutes from their listed location and so distance should not have factored that much into the cost. $150 was a complete rip off especially considering the automotive tool kit to do the service is less than $35. I will never use them again and I will purchase a couple of the kits to pass out to family members and friends so they’ll have one on hand just in case that ever happens to me again.
