Easy to use machine but Lowe's cashiers are knowledgeable if you need help. Great selection of styles with add on key at discount price. Our new key worked perfect. No waiting.

I called this for a friend and coworker of mine bc she was locked out of her vehicle. When I asked about prices, I got hung up on. I called back and a woman answered and said $29 for the call and $30 for the services. The guy got lost initially so I had to go find him and bring him to the car. He started the service and was struggling to get it open. So I assisted him. When all was said and done he tells us that she owes him $216. So I told him that's not what I got quoted and he tells me he doesn't work for minute key and that he actually works for 24hr locksmith and that's the price and there's nothing he can do. I see there was also an $18 tip added and he says that is actually the taxes. In the end I helped my friend pay half bc that is some bs. I called minute key and they said they'd call the technician and he said they sent him a text asking him to reduce the amount and he said there's nothing he could do still. I would NOT recommend this place for lockout to anyone. I shouldve known when he hung up on me after asking the pricing. And after I called minute key, they asked me if he programmed or cut a key for me bc of the high pricing.

I have tried this key duplicating service two times. Both times the keys did not work. Never again
