  The machine made perfect copies of my apartment and pool keys and I loved the experience. Later, I tried to make copies of my mailbox key. It said that these keys had to be mailed to me. I tried these keys after receiving them and they don't work. I tried wiggling them and everything, nothing worked. So, my experience is mixed. I loved the service at first but not the second time.

  Description for this says key me locksmith. There isn't a lock smith here. It's just a kiosk inside of a Bed Bath & Beyond store. That information should have been would have been helpful earlier so I didn't have to waste time looking for this place.

  What a cool way to have keys made. I bought some fun keys and they were delivered safely and promptly. I already have 3 friends that are going to use this kiosk.
