  My technician was extremely polite and kind and was even a funny guy. He unironicaly spent 30 seconds opening my door and it cost me almost 200$!!! Absolutely outrageous prices. I had the emergency fee and the service those were to be expected but the other charges are extremely outrageous!

  I thought the response was good and the technician was polite and skilled. The cost was absolutely OUTRAGEOUS! He spent 60 seconds getting the door open and pulling out the broken key! There was the service fee and the emergency fee, I expected those. But your other extra charges are off the charts! I should have just broken a window.
