  Never followed through with estimated time on job. Never responded with call back for rescheduling another estimated time. Horrible response time and no response at all. Operater was nice but other than that no service at all. Also no quote even given as said would happen. I highly recommend not using minute key.

  Love not having to wait for an employee to assist you. The key was extremely accurate and good quality. There was an ok selection of keys but there could have been more.

  Fairly easy to use, but when it said you can enter the number on the machine into the app to make copies, I could not find any number. This would be an issue if you do a digital copy, but I was copying a physical key, it wasn't a big deal. Good value.
