  I duplicated 3 keys recently for one of my vacation rental guests. I was at Auto Zone to buy some motor oil for my vehicle and saw the KeyMe Key making machine to took advantage of the the opportunity to some one-stop shopping.   I stopped off at an autozone to get some keys made. I get nervous with these types of things because there’s no receipt or guarantee you will get your money back. Not to mention how expensive they were. The keys were made visibly different and of course, I was upset. I called the number and got a love voice who assured me that although they were different, they would still work. She was very friendly and reassuring. She was aware that the keys were different and explained that they were made according to factory specs. She was so kind and patient. I got home & the keys worked just fine. This service is incredibly convenient and you pay for the convenience but I would recommend it for anyone who doesn’t want to stand in line. It even has an option to remember your info so you don’t have to bring your keys, just enter your info and a new key will be made!

  Quick and easy to use. Although I didn't use the service at this time I liked that I could save my key settings in case I was locked out.
