So they dispatched someone to me named Mike and the whole situation felt like a scam. He came fast talking making up things to say he would not make me a key without changing all of the locks. When I told him it wasn’t appropriate he said he could open the door but not make me a key and would charge me over $100 and then when I told him that I would not accept that he said I needed to give him a $30.00 service fee for coming out and peeled out of here so fast. I have never dealt with someone so deceptive like that he robbed me and the only reason I didn’t protest is because this is my home and you don’t want nonsense in you’re home. I do appreciate that the dispatch company called me back and I could inform them of this right away. I was trying to support a local business and Mike left a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t think this is a reflection of everyone but I don’t think I am willing to try again.

I called KeyMe when I lost my one and only key fob for my car. The person I spoke to was very professional. He passed on my info to one of the locksmiths they work with. They came in about an hour and took maybe 15 minutes to give me a new OEM key fob for my Toyota. It was very expensive but on par with any other locksmith or dealer. Very convenient. Would recommend.

KeyMe claimed their store is located inside the Rite Aid. I called the "so call store" and a KeyMe worker picked up. I just wanted a quote for simple copy of a car key. He said he does not know prices and transferred me to a department that does. After being transferred a representative from a different lock company picked up. I asked is this KeyMe, she told me they operate together. I proceeded to ask for quote of car key copy, she told me a tech must come out and there is a minimum service charge of $30 just to come out. She never gave me exact price for copy of key as she said each tech is different and they will provide me with a final price upon arrival... I did not proceeded with these guys. Went to Home Depot, 5 minutes later, got a copy of my car key for a few dollars.
