  I used a key machine at Ralph's Supermarket and about a week later keys to my house and my car with a two-sided key arrived in the mail. They worked perfectly. Great service.

  I was making an extra house key and I gave the kiosk a try. I must say, I'm really disappointed. Even the cheapest option is $8, and you have to pay $2 extra for an "accurate cut." Like having an accurate key should require an extra service? Inspecting the key more closely, the cut looks really sloppy. A cut at the Home Depot is like 1/4 of the price and much better quality.

  Honestly my expectations were low, but when I got confused with my first order, upon calling customer service, the lady was very nice and knowledgeable and precise in refunding me so I could start over and the keys turned out great ! All three so I’m very happy. Thank you!
