Called and had a tech come out to the restaurant where I locked myself out of my car. As soon as he arrived it probably took 1 minute and I was back in my car. Would recommend to anyone especially after having no luck with 3 other companies.

This is a tough review to write as so much responsibility falls upon me as an underinformed consumer.  I needed to have a home safe forced open.   I agreed to service call and drilling fee over the phone of $175.00.  A significant upcharge was added to that estimate on site (disclosed before work began) plus a discounted disposal fee of $75 (total costs of over $600.00) if I were to buy a replacement safe.  I was offered and accepted a replacement safe at a cost of $495.00 plus delivery fee (the on the truck and on-site).  I found the safe did not meet our home expectations resulting in a 38% restocking charge (fyi, the safe was priced over 2 times more than the same model locally available with free next day delivery pricing) plus adding back $70.00 to the disposal and haul-a-way fee previously discounted.  Ben was very friendly through the entire process, if not a bit argumentative when I called the same day and said that the safe did not meet our fire and water protection expectation.  I fault myself for not being a better consumer, but the pricing of this company (my opinion only) will deter me from recommending them.

Lock out for safe over the phone is a minimum roughly estimate,
Some safes tech will have to spend all day and some will be less then hour,
As mentioned in your review Ben did provide estimate before  and you authorised the job,
When you as a consumer decide to purchase replacement safe from us It’s involved with unpacking the safe, place it at your desired location, clean all trash and boxes, and therefore this Safe is not new anymore,
Out of security reason when you decide to return the safe we have to market as used
The technician provided you with all the interior and exterior dimensions of the safe, you even took a tape measurement and measure it on the old Safe you had only then you decided to purchase the safe from us,
you called us on Sunday complaining that the safe is not what you thought we went out of our hand got special approval  and took the safe back from you,
With pricing this safe as used and all time and labor the restocking fee is the minimum the factory will charge us by reselling this safe,
I was very sorry to hear this from  you I really think we did our best to try and help you as a neighbour here, not all companies will take safes back

Such a God sent. After 3 hours of calling and dealing with other locksmiths who lied and falsely told me they were sending a technician, Absolute Locksmith went out of their way at midnight to find a locksmith for me even though their staff locksmith was unavailable. Definitely earned a life long customer.
