  The first time I used it, I did not hold the key down strong enough and therefore had two keys that did not work. Thankfully, you reimbursed me for these. The next time I knew to hold the original key down tightly. It worked well. I was even able to give another customer a little tutorial!

  I was worried about ordering a key for my 2012 vehicle and not being able to test it right away. But it worked just great! And it was much cheaper than going through the dealership!
