  the key did not work well in the lock. it was fiddly, loose feeling. Further several of the keys that I wanted were not in-stock in the self-service kiosk, so they had to be back ordered. I decided that if the example I had was representative of their quality, then I wanted the whole order cancelled. I went online to try to sort this. The company's website had a customer service contact method, which I used. Someone was in touch nearly immediately, and was able to cancel the order, and refund me for the key that I got from the kiosk. This is all most excellent service. I'm only giving a four-star rating because of the poor quality key that I got from the self-service kiosk. Their customer service rates five stars!
