  It was a first time for me but the instructions were amazingly clear. The cost of making the keys were higher than Lowe's but the convenience of a store closer to home was a plus. I immediately tried the keys at my residence and they fit like a glove. Choices of key colors were also a plus.

  The Key I made did not work. The customer service team was very responsive and refunded the cost of the key within hours of purchase.
