  I called because I was locked out of my house. I was told they could have a technician there in 25 minutes. I said ok. 15 minutes later a technician calls me and says there 40 minutes away. I said never mind I need to leave for something so I’ll just have to call back later. The dispatch or whoever calls me back and says oh we have a different technician who can definitely be there in 20 minutes. Okay fine. 20 minutes goes by, no one shows up. I call back, they’re trying to figure it out. As this is happening the same technician calls me back and is like oh you have time now? I’m still 35 out. No... I don’t. I was told a different tech was available and I need to leave so don’t bother. The dispatch people didn’t know what was going on. Their subcontractor called me and was aggressive and rude, saying I canceled on his contractor twice so of course they weren’t 20 minutes away. When I explained to him exactly what happened he hung up on me. I’m still locked out but I’ll be using a different locksmith company because screw these guys and their terrible customer service where they disregard your time constraints and lie to get your business. 0 stars.

  I had some lock work I needed done, these guys looked good, good reviews and close by. Drove to the address given in the add, no such place, called oh we don’t have a store front!!! Why in the hell is there an address!!!!! Pitiful at best
