  Needed a spare key made and used one of the kiosks locations in Lowers. Was simple and easy enough to use and the key that was cut worked just fine in my lock. However I paid extra for a black key with Jack Skelington on it and received a white key with a kitty face not what I ordered or paid for and not something I would put on my key ring emailed customer service and received no response other than soliciting me for a Google review. I would not use the service again simply due to the fact I did not get what I ordered or paid for. Was not anymore convenient than going to Ace Hardware and having a key made at least at Ace I would have gotten what I asked for.
