  Like the flexibility, self serve nature of these machines. The cost is fair for basic keys, and the option to upgrade to designer keys is definitely a plus for me.

  Making a duplicate key was easy with clear, step-by-step directions. After I declined anything fancy or extra, I did accept having a second copy of the same key made, for very little cost. My location was at Menard's, and I was able to browse key markers and fobs, while my copies were being created.
