  Very unprofessional, started cussing when I asked about getting a key made that they made there before. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone at all. Total hot head owner. Worst customer service experience I ever had in my life.

  While we may have made the key for you in the past, the key you presented me with was so mangled that it physically wouldn't fit into my machine. Unfortunately no amount of saying "you made them before" changes that. I dont doubt that I made them before. In fact, I vaguely remember doing it. I also remember the keys being in reasonably good condition on that occasion (hence my ability to cut them prior). Arguing with me about it is a waste of my time (just like typing this reply), and thats what got you the additude. Best Regards, "Hot head owner"

  Wow, this is THE place to go to have keys copied! I had 8 copies made and it seemed like it took about 10 seconds! I have had problems with copied keys from elsewhere not working, but not from here. Petersen had originally made the keys for my building. When I went in later to have copies made, they actually knew my address without me telling them because they recognized the keys. Now that's impressive!

  I had my electronic key fobs stolen. I sent Derek a message and within 5 mins he responded with a solution. I was thinking I was gonna be paying close to a grand to get the car towed to a dealership and for them to rekey all my doors and order two new replacement fobs. Derek was able to come to my apartment and do the job on site for a fraction of what I thought I would have to pay. Highly Recommend
