  The fact that I can get an extra key in 2 minutes without having to wait in line at a counter or until someone is off their break is fantastic. I'm sure hardware stores and their employees feel the same way. ;-)

  I needed a key made and kept forgetting the machine was right there no waiting and in two minutes it was done!
