after being stuck on a mountain for 24 hours and finally getting into Eugene, calling over 25+ people to find someone to make me a new fob for my car, KEYHOLE LOCKSMITH SAVED MY A**!!! if I could give them 10 stars, I would. all the workers were nice, helpful and they got my key made in probably 20 minutes. I will recommend them to everyone and only go here if I ever need another key made. fantastic experience with them, can't thank them enough!

Excellent. We needed a key for our Coleman travel trailer. They told us where to get a blank, then cut it to fit. Sounds easy, right? But guess what? The hardware store and Bi-Mart only have a limited number of key blanks. And good luck finding a blank for a vehicle that is old, limited production, or rare. But Keyhole, on the other hand, is the New York Library of keys: either they'll have it, or they can get it! Two thumbs up.

I won't use any other locksmith! Since November I have had to come into Keyhole for three separate occasions and all three times they have been beyond helpful, professional, and courteous. The prices are more than reasonable and the guys are great!

I called twice this morning and left a message as well as attempted to book an appointment online. Kevin's voice-mail states that he'll give you a call back as soon as possible and the online booking service states that you'll receive a confirmation call within 30 minutes. I tried all of this at 6:30 in the morning and waited until 8:20, ten minutes before my half scheduled appointment to reach back out to them, since no one had called to confirm. When Kevin answered the phone I told him who I was and why I was calling and he responded with "Oh yeah, I woke up 'bout an hour ago and saw that you'd called. I figured you'd find someone else already so I wasn't gonna call you back."

Their claims of responsiveness and after hours services are apparently all lies. Don't bother attempting to use them, they won't bother doing their jobs anyways.

We apologize for not calling you back. He did not hear the phone ring/received the voice mail some time later, and had assumed you had dealt with it as is the case with most lockouts. He was talked to about making assumptions and calling back promptly.

Our afterhours tech do not receive information from our webpage - nor does anyone outside of the normal 8:30-5:00 standard business hours. All of our techs work standard 8:30-5:00 hours and are very much at home/sleeping/spending time with family outside of hours.

The calls are transferred to one of our cell phones after hours. Sometimes we have issues with late voicemails, phones not ringing etc the same issues the happen with all cell phone traffic.

However, The online contact form you filled out is exactly that a contact form not a schedule. It is a request for a contact not an actual set up time until things have been confirmed. I did verify this morning it has not changed - upon clicking schedule it says "Call me back" If you were expecting someone there at 8:30, I again I apologize, but we do not have someone monitoring emails outside of business hours and due to the nature of our business cannot allow online scheduling beyond contact/quotes.

A very professional shop. They have helped me with keys as well as an old bank safe. I highly recommend them if you have physical security needs.
