DISHONEST. Their tech couldn't get both the new keys we bought to replace the broken original on our 17 Expedition. He was flustered and making excuses as he went from "it'll only be 10 minutes" to "it's just gonna be another minute" an hour later. We were sent off with one key totally working, the other only turns on the ignition. The fob doesn't work the doors at all. We tried to fix it and can only program one key or the other to the door After a week of trying, we decided to call them for a resolution. We are 2 hours away and have no plans to ever return to Eugene. The gentleman on the phone first tried to defer it as a Ford issue. Then, he tried a weak explanation on the transponder not working with the computer. That's its job...then he tried to say "we're not mechanics". Well, no, you're not, but is this a mechanical problem? It's a "your key won't communicate properly with my vehicle's computer problem." Now, whose fault that is is debatable. The point is, though, your tech charged us $140 for two keys, one that doesn't work. Then he let us drive away knowing we weren't coming back. Thieves and liars, the entire lot of you. God loves karma

These guys met me in a half hour and got me inside my van within 5 minutes. They threw in a spare key along with my key code so I can just go in and have a key made if I lose my keys again. A+ and I highly recommend. Also, they are cheaper than the competition too.

Called and was quoted 50 to make a new key for my vehicle. I got there and he sold me on two keys. Cut the keys and he couldn't get both programmed. Still let me walk out with only 1 key working and snuck in an additional 40 for "programming them to the computer". They wouldn't issue a refund for the extra key that didn't work and blamed everyone but the tech who let us leave with 1 working key but charged us for 2. Don't do business here.
