  We were locked out of my mother’s house with our young dog inside. J&L Locksmith answered the call immediately and quickly dispatched Walt. He worked diligently to help us get the dog out. The lock was very old and required special treatment. Walt performed this procedure and due to his careful work did not damage the door’s mechanisms. Brian from J&L was called, went out of his way to find a lock cylinder that matched my mom’s door and they both worked diligently to restore the door to perfect working order. We were so impressed with their manner, their care, their time and the cost in the end was very reasonable.

  Brian was dispatched to assist with a lockout. He was extremely helpful, professional, resourceful and showed compassion for the situation. I cannot say enough good things about our experience.   They were able to come out and make replacement keys for our vehicle the same day. Then they programed two more keys for us when my husband purchased some and brought them in. The person (I believe his name was Brian) who helped us both times was absolutely amazing. He was fast, efficient, and very courteous. We would definitely use J&L again and would highly recommend them!
