Great customer service from a locally owned business. I needed a part for a kwikset deadbolt I was replacing and did not want to wait for an online order. They had the part in stock and talked me through the installation. Highly recommend!

Got there before they opened, on a Thursday. I understand sometimes people run late sometimes.. so I waited... and waited... 8:40 comes along. No one comes. So I took my business elsewhere.

I had Clyde’s replace 11 door latches on my property. The installation was done in a timely matter and all of the latches and locks worked well. Two years later the front indoor latch became loose. I could not get the cover off to tighten the screws. After a few weeks of getting looser it fell off. I brought it into the shop to be repaired and gave them my name and phone number which they wrote on a post it note.  I didn’t hear from them for two weeks so I stopped back in. They told me it could not be repaired and ordered a replacement. I didn’t hear from them for a few weeks so I stopped back in. They said the part was not in yet and took down my information on a post it note again (I guess they lost the first one). I waited two more weeks and stopped back in. They told me they needed to order a new door latch and asked if I had the old one. I told them they took the broken one eight weeks ago. I did not want to continue my business there so I told them I would go somewhere else. I believe I was very patient with them, gave them plenty of time, and multiple chances to repair/replace the part. Very disappointed.

Hi, sorry we didn't meet your expectations but you would not give us the information we requested, so it's kind of hard to do our part when you wouldn't help out with that. You did catch us at a point where we were transitioning from our obviously useless post-it notes to a better system for tracking customer requests and unfortunately your information was lost during that. I know there isn't much we can do now to make this better but feel free to reach out again if you need help. I would be more than happy to assist. -TM

They kept trying to make a key to fit our car when we lost ours and they never gave up until they found it. We appreciate them!!!🙂♥️
