  The process was to easy... I was expecting me having to do more. I inserted my key and was quickly taken through the steps. ended up ordering 4 keys. It was quick, easy and every one worked like the original. Who ever leaves a bad review needs help.. I'm 64, hate technology and shy away from it. This was a quick way I thought and I was in a hurry. Took less time then it would of for me to find someone to cut a key and wait on it. PLUS. these all worked.. taking the human error out of it. And pricing was more than fair.

  My wife used the service and we haven't had to make a duplicate from the Minute Key area---as it was the first we have seen such a service---but, so far, we are impressed with what we have experienced.

  Worked better than I thought, having the basic cost key having an engraving of the logo is jarring. Plus it doesn’t fit properly on keyholders. Other than it worked just fine
