  I called IMlocksmith this morning because my bathroom door handle mechanism was broken. I got a set appointment time for the locksmith to arrive. Moses was the locksmith that arrived on time. Within 20 minutes the door was open and new door handle installed. I was very impressed with the service I received. And especially impressed with the Moses who was a genuine and personable man. His knowledge was apparent. Thank you IMlocksmith and Moses for your prompt and great service.

  My key was stolen and I called another locksmith (not in relation) who was extremely difficult and rude to me so i was very hesitant to call another one but this company was supper quick and nice, Mosis came out the next day got everything done in an hour (i learned my car key can be very difficult to make bc of a chip which is good to know) for a fair price. He was very nice and as a young woman who knows nothing about cars I didn’t feel like an idiot when I didn’t know certain things as a lot of mechanics and locksmiths have made me feel, I also felt respected and safe. If I ever loose my key again, I 100% will be going here.

  This was an excellent experience top to bottom. Moses was very professional and transparent with every step and the pricing. Scheduling was easy and they arrived in the window given. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
