  I went to three different places trying to get keys cut correctly for my job. I should've went to Minute Key first! I used the self-serve kiosk inside Lowe's. It was fast and inexpensive, plus the keys work beautifully! Thanks, I will be a repeat customer.

  I used the key kiosk at Lowe’s and brought my key home. The key did not work and when compared to the original key, was NOT a match. Lowe’s gave me a 1-800 number which I called the same day (Sunday) only to discover they were not open. I replied via email and asked to be contacted and so far- no response. So if you want to donate 5 dollars to this company and receive a pretty key that does not work, then please, go right ahead. Personally I would like my money back.

  These seem to be the only copied keys that will work in my lock. I’ve used this system (and iPhone app) multiple times and every key works, every time. Being able to store keys digitally on the app is amazing. You can just go up to any machine, open your app, type the code, and cut a key you have digitally stored… even if the key is lost. It’s so cool!
