A family highly recommended this establishment and I was not disappointed and highly impressed.
Even a odd shaped key is not a issue for these people.
My woman has severe physical disabilities so she uses a motor scooter that only has one key.
The scooter repair shop recommended to contact the manufacturer. I stopped into Hoermel and was instantly impressed.

Hoernel was great to work with and very responsive.  My client just purchased a home and the key provided to us by the title company didn't fit the lock.  I called Hoernel, he informed me they were very busy but they would send someone out.  The locksmith was over within 20 minutes and was able to gain access to the home (where the keys and garage door openers were stored).

Locally owned key shop with a rich history dating back to 1877. I got my new car keys cut and programmed here for $45.

Was not happy one of the representatives that talk to me talk to me through a wall I didn't even see his face took my business elsewhere and they took care of me less than 10 minutes I would recommend Hornell to no one

Quick and excellent service! They programmed a replacement vehicle smart key fob for me, and it took only a few minutes. Excellent pricing, too! Don’t spend too much by taking your vehicle to a dealer to have your key/key fob reprogrammed, take it here instead!
