This place ruined my lithium battery in September 2021, they gave me the wrong battery charger for it. My battery has yet to be replaced after 4 months now. I’m always told someone will call me and no one ever follows thru. $400 bucks have been wasted because of them with no one owning up to their mistake. Stay away from this place

The store manager that waited on me was professional, friendly and knowledgeable for the 3 different types of batteries that I needed. This will be the place I go in the spring for a new car battery as well.

Brought my Mother in for a battery replacement a few weeks ago, She had a card for lifetime battery replacement. She was told by a very tall male clerk those cards are no longer valid and tried to upsell her on a new lifetime replacement plan. I went in on Saturday, they accepted my lifetime replacement card no questions asked. Got my free replacement, She had to pay for hers. Your staff is ripping off your customers.

Ordered AA batteries and others for our fire detector. Paid on line and was happy to see curbside service as my Husband is high risk for COVID. I called when I got there. Said I was there for my order and was told to come in to get it. I said “I came for curbside”. She said hold on and asked someone if they do curbside. She said I can bring it out to you. She asked my name 3 times. Asked what I ordered, I had to be specific.
She brought out the items. No bag. Instead of AA batteries I got AAA.
I took them back into the store. I saw a young man and said I ordered AA not AAA. He said people make mistakes. He handed them to a young lady who said someone else pulled the order. After other excuses, I got my batteries.
Just say “I’m sorry, I’ll fix it. I won’t go back to that store. Many others in the area.

They were very helpful and I love that we can bring our key fobs and watches in for only $20 for a lifetime of replacement and installation of batteries.

The individual I dealt with was honest, straight forward and friendly.  He had the phone repaired when he said he would and it works like brand new. If you need to replace your iPhone screen, I would recommend Batteries Plus.  they're cheaper than Apple and the service is fantastic. I had the screen replaced that day.

This place is the greatest!! The staff is very knowledgably and know there products very well.  I cam in and worked with Kevin the manager and he was able to track down a hard to find laptop battery for me.  He also knew his cell phone stuff and was able to save me the cost of a new phone by just  working with me on the issues I was having with the phone.  Excellent customer service and a friendly smile!!!!  I will be back for all my lighting, battery, and phone repair needs!!  keep doing the great job!!!!
