They took my money, told said I'd have someone by me in 30 minutes and 3 hours later i can't get ahold of them after they hung up on me. So thanks for taking money and leaving me stranded. Never ever use this company unless you want to be ripped off.

Zach is my main locksmith. He does a great job and he’s very responsive. Recently I’ve accidentally become a regular customer considering I forget my keys inside, he does a great job every time he comes in. It doesn’t take him any more than 2 minutes.

I had several keys made by a competitor and some of them did not work so I took the ones that did not work to Menards where your machine resides and had them remade. They all worked this time.  I'm sticking with you from now on.

2 out of the 3 calls I made to them they hung up on me! As soon as they got my info they said ok and click! I had questions like how long and they just hung up. When I called back they said we won't have anyone for at least 3 hrs. They were just gonna leave me waiting. So when I called back the 3rd time to cancel he said ok and click! Very rude!

Automated key making kiosk.  Key blank used was not the same as original blank, had a slot configuration and a head shape characteristic of a different brand of lock.  A store attendant insisted it would work regardless, and it did.  I'd have preferred a shape and slot cut identical to the original key.  I'd have waited & had the copies made at a different place if I had known the copy would look so much different from the original.

Keys do not work. They are missing a notch that should have been engraved at the bottom of the key.
